Transform Pools, a leading pool construction and design company, sought to elevate their digital presence and streamline client communication. They wanted a comprehensive solution that would not only showcase their impressive portfolio but also enhance their professional image and improve client engagement. To achieve these goals, Helm Design Studio implemented a multi-faceted strategy that integrated web development, video content, marketing materials, email automation, brand enhancement, and ongoing digital management.

Approach

To address Transform Pools’ needs, we developed a user-friendly website with seamless YouTube and MailChimp integrations, providing a central hub for potential clients to explore services and view the portfolio. One of the standout features of the new website is the scrollable video hero banner area, which leverages YouTube integration to enhance the website's load time and deliver an engaging visual experience right from the start.

We managed a dedicated YouTube channel, regularly uploading videos to engage the audience and showcase projects. Additionally, we created a visually appealing capability document for client presentations, custom email templates for consistent communication, and automated follow-up emails via MailChimp integration to maintain client engagement.

We also enhanced Transform Pools’ brand by introducing new brand elements, such as the distinctive swirl, which were incorporated across all digital platforms to create a cohesive and recognisable identity. Furthermore, we provide ongoing management of the website and YouTube channel, identifying and updating keywords across digital platforms to keep the content relevant and optimised.
