The McGrath Foundation is a prominent Australian breast cancer support and education charity, known for its annual Pink Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The Pink Test is a significant event that raises funds and awareness for breast cancer, drawing the attention of large stakeholders and the public. For the past five years, we have partnered with the McGrath Foundation as an on-demand designer, playing a crucial role in the success of this event by creating all digital and print assets to coincide with the campaign.
In the lead-up to the Pink Test, we dedicated countless hours to creating a wide range of assets to support the campaign. The approach included developing the look and feel for the Pink Test Auction, and rolling out the visual for the Pink Test 2024 and Pink Test Memorabilia Auction across all digital and print materials, including digital banners, eDM assets, email signatures, display ads for Kayo and Google, animations, banners, thank you certificates, and social media assets. Additionally, we designed in-stadium signage for the SCG, including big screen graphics, perimeter digital signage, and parameter digital signage, ensuring high visibility and brand consistency throughout the venue.
On-demand support was provided on-site during the event, creating hourly tally updates for internal and external stakeholders, such as Channel 7. This real-time support ensured that all communications were up-to-date and accurate. We worked closely with the McGrath Foundation team and large stakeholders, such as Woolworths and Channel 7, to incorporate partner assets into the creative materials and secured necessary approvals to ensure all designs met stakeholder requirements and brand guidelines. We also created a suite of GIF animations to enhance digital engagement and provide dynamic content for social media and other digital platforms.
The comprehensive design support that we provided significantly contributed to the success of the McGrath Foundation’s Pink Test and Pink Test Auction.
